This is important to us. Here at Swift we like to make things simple, simple for you and simple for us.
We do not refund or exchange on sale items
Refunds
If you're not happy with any of our goods, return your purchase to us for a full refund. Goods need to be in reasonable condition - i'e don't return gear that's been bouncing around in your truck for 3 seasons. If you've got old gear that you think has given up the ghost before it should, we'd like to replace or refund that, please let us know.
Returns & Exchanges
If it doesn't fit, got busted in transit, you really just don't like it, or for some strange reason we didn't manage to meet your expectations - please tell us and return the item for a full refund or exchange.
Rod and blank breakages
Shit happens, sometimes Epic Shit happens. Rods get broken, tips get busted - we know this. We'll replace your broken section or replace your rod at our discretion - just drop us an email and include information regarding the model, section and how the breakage occurred (photos are also helpful).
Epic Studio Built Fly Rod breakages
Rebuilding replacement sections costs US$80 + shipping. This cost overs any section, tip to butt.
Custom built rod breakages
Your first call should be to your custom rod builder. We'll support them with a replacement section. Replacement sections cost US$80 + shipping, blank only. This cost overs any section, tip to butt. Any additional cost to re wrap are between you and your custom rod builder. If you built your rod, you'll have to negotiate with yourself nicely.
